Do my players need an account?
No. You share a link, they tap their name and answer. No sign-up, no app, no password.
Can I use it on my phone at training?
Yes — it's built for it. Most coaches run the session from a phone or prop an iPad on the fence so players can see which net they're in and when to pad up.
What if we lose signal at the nets?
The session keeps running. Your changes are held and saved as soon as you're back on a connection.
Can I import our squad from a spreadsheet?
Yes. Paste your rows or drop in a file — names, roles and grades come across, and you see exactly what will be created before anything saves.
How do I cancel?
One button in Billing. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and your data stays available to export.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is charged automatically unless you've entered card details. Your data stays put — export it any time, or pick your subscription up later.
Can we pay by invoice?
Yes. Club and school plans can be invoiced annually — get in touch and we'll sort it before your season starts.
